Frequently Asked Questions

What cooking level do I need to start?
Beginner courses assume zero prior technique. You’ll see visual cues for heat and doneness, plus recovery tips for common mistakes. Intermediate and Advanced tracks build speed and consistency.
What equipment is required?
A sturdy skillet, a saucepan, a spatula, and a whisk cover 90% of the catalog. We include alternates when nonstick or cast iron is preferred, and offer oven-free options for dorms and rentals.
Are there vegan and gluten-free paths?
Yes. Look for Vegan, Dairy-Free, and Gluten-Free tags in the catalog. Each tagged course provides substitution notes tested in our kitchen for texture and flavor.
How long are the lessons?
Most lessons run 10–30 minutes with a “weekend expansion” note for slower brunch pacing. Duration filters in the catalog help you plan weekday mornings.
Do you offer refunds?
If a course truly doesn’t fit your kitchen constraints within 7 days, contact us and we’ll work out a replacement or a refund where applicable.
Can I access courses offline?
We currently support printable checklists and prep notes. Full offline video is not provided; however, key timings and cues are included for quick reference.
How are ratings calculated?
Ratings combine satisfaction surveys and lesson completion. We remove outliers and highlight consistency rather than hype.
What if I have only 10 minutes?
Use the Quick tag in the catalog. We designed multiple 10-minute paths: scrambled eggs, overnight oats finishing, and toast-based builds with balanced spreads.
Is there a bundle plan?
We sometimes curate bundles by theme (e.g., Eggs + Quick + Beverage). Check the catalog for tags and add three items to see bundle suggestions in cart.
